In addition, currently, we have product-wise wholesale rates. Can we implement a feature that allows us to create customer groups and assign customers to those groups? This way, each customer will be allocated to the appropriate group, such as General, Wholesale, VIP, etc., based on the owner's needs.

Once the customer is assigned to a group, we can set limits for wholesale orders for that group. This way, rather than setting limits for each individual customer, we can adjust the limits at the group level, and the changes will automatically reflect on every product under that group. This approach would make the process more efficient.
