Red marked dates on delivery schedule appear to some customers to mean unavailable. Why are weekend days marked red? They should be the same color as weekdays or green to indicate availability. Red is a universal stop / warning color and it is not useful to mark these days as red. We've had feedback from customers that it was confusing for them. Please give us the option to change this or turn off special colors for weekends.

Hi Take App team, I run a wholesale business, and currently your system only supports fixed wholesale pricing per product. This does not work well for real wholesale operations. We need a dynamic discount system based on total order value, not per-item pricing. Required Feature: Apply automatic discount based on total cart/order amount: RM1,000 – RM1,999 → 1% RM2,000 – RM3,999 → 2% RM4,000 – RM5,999 → 3% RM6,000 – RM7,999 → 4% RM8,000+ → 5% Key Requirements: Auto-apply discount at checkout based on total order value Enable for selected customers or tags (e.g. “wholesale”) Show discount clearly in cart, checkout, and invoice Editable tiers in admin panel Works together with existing wholesale catalog Why this matters: Wholesale businesses scale based on volume, not fixed pricing. Without this feature, we are forced to manually calculate discounts or use external systems, which defeats the purpose of automation. As a user of your platform for service sales, I’ve noticed a critical gap in the booking system that significantly impacts small business operations. The Problem: Currently, the platform does not allow limiting the number of bookings for the same time slot. If a service is provided by only one or two people, the system still allows multiple clients to book the exact same time. This creates major logistical conflicts (overbooking), organizational stress, and a poor customer experience. Requested Features: 1 - Time Inventory Management: The ability to define a maximum number of "slots" or bookings per time interval. 2 - Support for 24-Hour Format: An option to switch the display to a 24-hour clock (e.g., 16:00 instead of 4:00 PM) to ensure clarity for global users. 3 - Per-Date Customization: Ability to adjust specific hours for specific dates (e.g., closing the schedule for a specific afternoon without affecting the rest of the month). 4 - Automatic Slot Blocking: Time slots must automatically become unavailable once the provider's capacity/limit is reached. Without these features, scaling services on Take App is unfeasible for solo entrepreneurs or small teams who need strict control over their calendar. I hope you consider prioritizing this update in your product roadmap.

Currently, staff-level users are able to delete orders. This creates a major operational and accounting risk because orders represent transaction history and financial records. Staff users should only be able to: View orders Change order status Add remarks or internal notes Staff users should not be able to: Delete orders Modify financial values Remove order history Order deletion should be restricted to owner or admin roles only. This would improve audit integrity and prevent accidental data loss.

Issue with Website Language – Still Not Resolved Hello, I contacted support four days ago, but the issue has still not been resolved. My store is stuck in English, and customers are unable to change the language at all. Most of my customers do not speak English, which is causing significant problems. Language Switcher Malfunction and 404 Error on Arabic Selection ​Priority: High ​Description of Issue: We are experiencing a critical failure with the website's language localization system. There are two primary issues: ​Persistence Issue: When a user attempts to change the site language, the setting fails to stick and automatically reverts to English. ​Routing/404 Error: When a user selects Arabic, the site fails to load the translated directory or parameters and immediately returns a 404 Not Found error, rendering the site inaccessible in that language.

I would like to request a phone number masking feature for the team inbox. Currently, all staff users can see the full customer phone numbers. This creates a serious business risk, especially for companies with sales teams or delivery staff. ❗ Problem: Staff can copy customer numbers outside the system Risk of customer poaching / side deals No control over customer ownership Difficult to scale team safely ✅ Requested Solution: Please add an option to mask or hide customer phone numbers for staff users. It’s very difficult for Customer to see and find the product description text. I would love to have a feature for auto enable it or maybe just show more lines of the description before cutting it.
