Hi WhatsApp message cost is up to $0.1 per message. In Premium plan, it is difficult to offer but we are considering to make option "Pay-as-go" so you can pay cost for the messaging. How do you think?

yes, this seems to be fair, but hopfully the amoutn for each whatsapp is reasonable
