Thank you take app team

Agreed, the empty white spaces doesn't make it look good at all. I think the product column should either increase to may be 4 on desktop or the spaces there be made to allow announcement, flash sales, hot products, promotion, up coming events, blog link, new arrival etc. It will also be good if take allow customers to be able to selection background colours for the various layouts.

- Category navigation in sidebar
- Wide product page
- Category with image
Uncle Joe
Youmin Kim Good to know it is work in progress. But I would suggest some of the spaces be customise for cards like upcoming events, hot sale, flash sale, new arrivals etc. I said customisation because some customers would prefer maybe one or two of them on his/her others too would prefer all on the page.
Thanks

Websites designed for mobile phones often look bad in desktop mode because they are optimized for small screens, touch interactions, and simpler navigation. Here’s why:
- Narrow Layout & White Space– Mobile sites are built for narrow screens, so on desktops, they may appear too small, leaving large empty spaces.
- Oversized Elements– Buttons, text, and images are designed for touch, making them look unnecessarily large on desktops.
- Limited Functionality– Mobile versions remove complex features (like hover menus and animations), making the desktop version feel too simple.
- Touch-Based Navigation– Swipes, taps, and gestures don’t translate well to mouse and keyboard navigation.
- Image Issues– Mobile sites use lower-resolution images for speed, which may appear pixelated or stretched on desktops.
- Performance Trade-offs– Mobile sites are designed for efficiency, but on desktops, they can feel empty or unpolished.
- Scrolling Problems– Infinite scrolling and large tap-friendly sections don’t always work well with desktop browsing expectations.
###
Solution: Responsive Design
A well-designed website should adjust to different screens, ensuring content scales properly, navigation works for all users, and layouts remain visually appealing. Without this, a mobile-designed site in desktop mode feels awkward and inefficient.

Take App desktop view should have resized images and elements (responsive layout), different from mobile view, which have only 1 column layout, however in desktop view, you can utilize, sidebar, header, footer and 2 column layout for the content.
