Subscription Management Efficiency with Simplified Product Structure
Adesh Shrestha
For store owners, it becomes double the work to create both a regular product and a subscription product separately. Instead, having both one-time purchase and subscription options available on the same product page would be far more efficient and beneficial for both customers and store owners.
The best approach would be to keep one-time purchase as the default option (as it is now) and allow customers to switch to subscription if they choose, at which point the subscription details would appear just like we have already implemented. This way, store owners are free from the headache of managing the same product twice, and customers get a seamless buying experience.
Please revise accordingly and do the needful. I truly appreciate the hard work you and your team are putting into this.

Absolutely!!! and it would also solve the problem of picking delivery days (monday subscription, wednesday subscription,...)

I agree, because of this I have not used this feature as it is far too tedious to create each product twice and confusing to the customers to navigate two of the same listing.

Myia-Karen I had used the feature earlier and found it useful, but I had to stop because maintaining the same product twice was the only solution provided by the team, and there wasn’t any alternative. Another major pain point is that if a product is set as a subscription, we can’t track its quantity. This becomes an issue since the product remains the same whether it is sold regularly or as a subscription.
Because of this limitation, I’ve stopped using the subscription option for now, even though it’s a great feature. I’m waiting for both of these issues to be resolved soon.

Adesh Shrestha wow, that's not good, especially if you have multiple products.
