Ability to configure member access
Coli Diaz
I see that I have access for a member but it is default where yes and where no, you see that you can create an order but you cannot see them to send the file or edit an error and in the end I had to give you administrator access, you should improve that detail where one can enable what you can and cannot. Thank you

Member access not suited for "Store Client" access.

For those reselling the platfom a Member access, specially if its billed monthly above a certain limit is not OK. Store owners and their admin collaborators should have a specific type of access with custom permissions (and whitelabeled UX please)

Suggestions for App Store Cover Photo Space and Staff User Roles
DealArabia Store
Dear Take App Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to suggest the following improvements for the Take App:
1. An upload space for the App Store cover photo.
2. Enhanced user roles and permissions for staff, organised by module.
Thank you for considering these suggestions. Your attention to these improvements would be greatly appreciated.
With Regards

We are reviewing. Can you list up actions you want to permit/not permit to staffs?
Carl Brathwaite
Agreed, it should be possible to give access to only certain parts of the admin dashboard.
Youmin Kim
Hi can you share specific permissions you expect?

Youmin Kim Customizable Role-Based Permissions for TakeApp
To better meet the diverse needs of businesses using TakeApp, we recommend implementing a customizable role-based permissions system that empowers user admins to define roles and permissions directly within a dedicated security settings window. Rather than setting permissions solely on the Creator side, this approach would allow TakeApp admins to tailor role access according to the unique operational structure of each business.
In our case, for example, our roles include:
- Manager
- Order Picker
- Packer
- Delivery Person
- Returns Handler
- Accounts Person
Each of these roles has specific responsibilities and requires access only to their relevant work areas. By allowing TakeApp admins to configure these permissions using checkboxes within a role creation window, we can streamline user access management, minimize unnecessary access, and ultimately enhance security.
This flexibility would make TakeApp a more versatile tool across industries, offering each business a powerful solution tailored to their workflow requirements.
Thank you for considering this enhancement!
