I am reaching out to enquire about the possibility of integrating the PhonePe payment gateway into our business operations. We are currently in the process of expanding our presence with additional store locations across Tamil Nadu.

At present, we are using Razorpay for our payment processing needs. However, the intermediary cost of 2% per transaction has become unsustainable for our business model, especially as we scale up operations.
