Can we please have subpages that we can link to that can be hidden from the category menu for our customers?

I want my customers to be able to shop specific products that are from the same fragrance line but I dont want to add a whole new Category option that is displayed on the Category Menu.

Example: Shop all Citrus Products

I want to create a category with all products from the Citrus Fragrance line, add a link to my storefront but I dont want the category to be a displayed in the category menu for the customers to see.
