Issue with Website Language – Still Not Resolved

Hello,

I contacted support four days ago, but the issue has still not been resolved.

My store is stuck in English, and customers are unable to change the language at all. Most of my customers do not speak English, which is causing significant problems.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
