Some business need the email from customers, now it's an optional field and customers are leaving it blank making our work harder. I understand some others don't need it but there should be an option to make it mandatory or not.

Cierto, yo necesito además poder crear mi propio formulario. Ya que hacemos envíos de productos y necesitamos datos de envío y de facturación.
