I agree, this is needed. It is hard for us to keep up with production, order and at the same time dealing with basic customer service features that should be on the website already.

The pressure on me has increased more since I subscribed to your service.
Because everyone keeps sending on WhatsApp (even after ordering from the site) because they do not have a special page on the site to track the shipping process and do not know the status of the product.
I also face another problem where some people keep repeating the same request, because they cannot return to the order completion page to upload the money transfer image or lose the transfer data. So they re-order (we receive several requests from the same person and for the same products .. This has happened to us a lot and happens constantly) !!
Also, the lack of profiles for each person increases fake requests, and assuming that I will block the number or email, for example ..... There is no guarantee that this person is using someone else's number for us to block him.
Honestly, I still do not understand why there are no profiles for each user even in the free package! All other sites are based on that.
