We would strongly like to have automated prepayment option for our customers. This will help us to auto manager customer store credit, make it it easy to fund the prepaid account of customer using Flutterwave or other local payment available option but reduce human error of managing multiple account with Store Credit

Youmin KimWill it allow to transfer store credits to family or any other account? In Europe it is common than companies buy meals to their employees...FEATURE: one account buys Store credits for 200 meals and transfer credits to 10 employees?

Please consider implementing the following features to enhance customer experience and internal clarity:
Credit Summary Tracking
A clear breakdown showing initial credit, refunded amounts, and remaining balance would be very helpful for both our team and the customer.
Top-Up Facility
Allow customers to top up their own accounts.
Optionally, enable them to top up accounts for family members or spouses—this can be a great feature for gifting or supporting loved ones.
Gift Card or Coupon Purchase
Introduce a coupon or gift card system where users can purchase prepaid amounts and apply them as credit.
This can also be shared with others as a flexible top-up option.
Whichever format fits best with your current system, having such features would significantly enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Dohun Kim Like a customer purchase STORE Credit online and he has a wallet with us to use when shopping. Like under the customer profile he pay the credit by depositing amount he will be using in future which can be described as STORE Credit
