Orders not paid for within 20 mins should be cancelled automatically and the inventory updated. This way, abandoned carts will not reduce the number of items in inventory. The admin won't have to go and manually cancel abandoned orders all the time

We make  "Abandon cart" menu in settings. You can set how many hours will keep the orders.
You will also have option to send WhatsApp messages automatically to customers like 30 mins before the abandon.
e.g. "Your order will be closed in 30mins. Please make payment now"

Yes this is a must have feature it reduce the hassle of manually deleting products to restock inventory, but 20 mins is too short atleast 1-2 hours should be sufficient

Youmin Kim could please make this an option instead of a must? Because my business involves allowing customers to make their orders first and be paid later. I’m not sure if this would fall under the category or abandon cart. Or maybe introduce a “confirm order and make payment later”?
