I would like to request a phone number masking feature for the team inbox.

Currently, all staff users can see the full customer phone numbers. This creates a serious business risk, especially for companies with sales teams or delivery staff.

❗ Problem:

Staff can copy customer numbers outside the system

Risk of customer poaching / side deals

No control over customer ownership

Difficult to scale team safely

✅ Requested Solution:

Please add an option to mask or hide customer phone numbers for staff users.

Example:

Show partial number only: +6012****123

Or completely hide number for non-admin users

🔐 Suggested Controls:

Admin: Can see full number

Staff/Agent: Masked or hidden number

Optional toggle: Enable/disable masking per role
