I am trying to set up my number on WhatsApp Business on my phone but I am unable to complete the verification process. I have attempted both SMS and the “Call Me” option, but I keep receiving the message “WhatsApp temporarily unavailable.”

The number is currently active and can receive both calls and SMS, but I am unable to receive the WhatsApp verification code.

Please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can activate my WhatsApp Business account as soon as possible.

Or they can even eliminate these commands... I don't think they are very necessary.
