“Options” creation, editing and deletion
planned

The current way is very prone to mistakes and once added, it’s a pain to delete the Options if there was an error since there is no Bulk deleting.
I’ve seen on other sites that there is an “Option” menu just like the Products and Category ones where we create the “Options” with their items and then when creating or editing Products, we would be able to add the Options (already created with its items in the Options menu) we wanted since each had a distinctive name. It would be very similar to the current choosing in which Categories the product would go in.
This way if we wanted to edit just 1 item in 1 Option, we would just go into the Option menu, choose that Option in specific, change whatever item or pricing inside it is needed and automatically change all products that has that Option. Again, very similar to when you change a category name and every product that is inside that category will have their category name updated.

Options should have their own menu, just like Products and Categories

Currently it's a hassle to set up all the Options we want for every item and even if you do it with the "Bulk" option, mistakes or typos can easily be made and the correction of those mistakes (edit/delete) are done only individually (product by product).
So I suggest the Options to be treated just like Products or Categories, where you can set up "Group of Options".
Each "Group of Options" will have their own "Options". Once created a "Group of Options", one can add this "Group of Options" to any Product they like, just like we currently do when adding "Categories" to a Product.
This way, if we want to edit a specific "Option" inside a "Group of Options" we would just go to the "Group of Options" menu, look up for the one we want to edit and edit the specific "Option". This should replicate to all the Products that have that "Group of Options" added.

Totally agree this is an important function for restaurant business

It would be a great contribution if this development would be completed, especially for restaurants where one option affects several dishes, of course without modifying the current structure.

Hi as a quick improvement, we will add a function to "Remove options" in bulk so we can add options in bulk again
